A customer service call center is usually the place that answers your call when you dial the number on the back of a product that you just purchased when you need assistance with something. The people who answer these phones can often be very useful to the customer and provide them with the information that they need. It is often the first place where distraught customers turn.

Hi,

Today many people are not satisfied with the call center jobs and the percentage of leaving call center jobs are increasing day by day. Also in the recession many people have lost their jobs and huge majority of them were call center executives.

Today transcription jobs are the most popular ones as people can do the transcription from home only. Addition to this they can also start their transcription business at a very low investment.
