Web chat support

Can anyone recommend a web chat support system they are using? This would be like a virtual call center but with web chatting instead. We are considering this for a support center of ours.

Thank you,
Pat Portman

Sorry if this thread's been created before, I couldn't find it anywhere. :P

Well anyway, my facebook chat doesn't work on my laptop. I am using a linux laptop with Firefox installed, and chat worked up until recently, but now when I sign on, the bar at the bottom of the screen appears but instead of chat, there is a 'warning' sign instead.

But, when other people sign onto facebook on to their accounts using my laptop, it works fine for them. Also, when I sign on using internet explorer on another computer, it works fine. I cannot install an altermative browser on this laptop because it has downloading problems.

Does anyone know what is wrong, or how to solve this problem? Thank you!
